I was thinking about all the ways people love tying words to things in both ephemeral ways (like Tanabata tree paper wishes) and in more permanent ways (plaques on benches), and how it would be neat to make something that satisfies both, kind of like a star registry but for the Internet.

On This Minute is a clock with a slot for each minute of a non-leap year, and users can claim a minute, tie a message to it, and the message returns every year on the claimed minute. The message also lives in a public ledger, and the entire ledger is also mirrored in a public archive; if the site ever stops existing, the archive still exists. So there's the ephemeral and the permanent.

(You can try without buying the minute by putting your message in and using "See it on the clock")
